- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a refund or return.

- To be eligible for a refund or return, the products must be unopened and in their original packaging.

- The products must also be within their designated "best by" date at the time of return.

- If these conditions are met, you may request a refund or return.

2. Shipping and Handling:

- Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

- If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping and handling costs incurred by Ole' Towne Jerky will be deducted from your refund.

3. Return Process:

- To initiate a refund or return, please contact us via email at kevin@oletownejerky.com and provide us your order details and reason for the return.

- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization, if applicable.

- Please ensure that the returned products are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

- You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Refund Processing:

- Once we receive your returned products and verify that they meet the specified criteria, we will initiate the refund process.

- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

- Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exclusions:

- Certain products may be non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons. This includes any perishable items, such as opened packages or products that have exceeded their "best by" date.

- Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.
